About
CITIC Real Estate Company is the primary subsidiary of China CITIC Group. It was established in the Beijing-Tianjin-based Bohai Sea, the Pearl River Delta, and the Yangtze River Delta which focuses on the development of second-tier cities.
CITIC Real Estate has many years of experience in real estate development. In 1979, the establishment of the real estate department of CITIC Group was named ""CITIC Real Estate Co."" In 1986, the CITIC Real Estate Company was established with China's first enterprise-level real estate development qualification.
Over the years, CITIC Real Estate has been actively involved in urban planning and construction, land consolidation and development in more than 30 cities where they have developed 20 million square meters of real estate projects.
